Kris is an associate with regulatory background and experience entitling and analyzing real estate development opportunities. She also represents clients to resolve a variety of enforcement and administrative decisions related issues, as well as issues relating to property rights such as easements and boundary lines.
Kris is fluent in Chinese and has extensive experience helping international real estate investors and developers to evaluate opportunities in the greater Bay Area and California. She can further provide transactional assistance and project management services to these international clients upon request.
Before joining the Pelosi Law Group, Kris has spent over six years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an international tax consultant. Her practice has focused on mergers and acquisitions, analyzing and assisting clients in the structuring for inbound investments in U.S. real properties. Because of her international tax background with a Big Four Accounting firm, Kris brings a unique business and tax centric perspective to the practice as well as a network of professional service providers much needed for international clients.
Kris was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan before immigrating to California in 2005. She regularly travels to Asia and has strong professional and family ties with Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
